Mykolaiv, Ukraine

Mykolaiv, also known as Nikolayev, is a city in southern Ukraine, administrative center of the Mykolaiv Oblast. Mykolaiv is the main ship building center of the Black Sea, and, arguably, the whole Eastern Europe.
